Assistant General Manager


Incredibowl Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to join our team at our anticipated high-volume family entertainment center in Toledo, OH.

In this position, you’ll be the right hand of the General Manager, supporting all aspects of our operations and fostering a positive team environment. You’ll play a vital role in fostering a positive team environment and keeping the center running smoothly.


  • Support Day-to-Day Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing staff, scheduling, inventory management, cash management, and guest relations.
  • Be a Visible Leader: Actively engage with team members and guests, ensuring a smooth operation and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Maintain a Positive Culture: Lead by example and contribute to a fun and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver friendly and personalized service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Support All Departments: Maintain knowledge of the front desk, kitchen, bar, concourse, and game zone operations to assist and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with staff through various channels, ensuring everyone is informed and on the same page.
  • Cash Management & Security: Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and ensure all cash drawers are balanced and reported correctly.
  • Contribute to the Team’s Success: Participate in employee training and development, support hiring efforts, and help build a strong team environment.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in the service industry
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the retail, service, or hospitality industry
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in cash management
  • Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Toledo, OH.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be fluent in English.


  • Experience working in a bowling center or family entertainment center
  • Bowling experience and/or general bowling knowledge
  • Already living in Toledo, OH or surrounding area
  • The employee is frequently required to stand; walk.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
