Bartender
Incredibowl Entertainment Winter Haven is hiring Bartenders to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the star of our bar service, crafting drinks, and ensuring every guest has a blast while adhering to responsible alcohol practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a Guest Hero: Greet each guest with a warm smile and take their food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency. Transform orders into tasty drinks, mixing and garnishing cocktails according to established recipes.
- Friendly & Helpful Service: Provide courteous, professional, and personalized service throughout the guest’s experience. Cheerfully welcome everyone, ensure they have a menu or can access the online menu, and thank them for visiting.
- The Responsible Mixologist: We take safety seriously! Check identification to verify age and prevent underage drinking. Monitor guest drinking patterns and responsibly decline service when necessary. Stay up to date on local regulations for responsible alcohol serving.
- Keep it Clean & Organized: Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift. Bus and clean the bar efficiently and keep the bar looking sharp by arranging bottles and glasses in an attractive manner.
- Be In the Know: Memorize the food and beverage menu and remain updated on changes. Become a POS system pro and be current with relevant training programs.
- Stay Informed: Remain knowledgeable about upcoming center events to answer guest inquiries accurately.
- Maintain a Professional Appearance: Keep a neat and clean appearance while adhering to our dress code.
- Be Dependable & Responsible: Maintain the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bartender role
- Positive, upbeat demeanor, and outgoing personality
- Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Winter Haven, FL
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have current Food Handler Certificate or obtain one within the first 60 days of employment
- Frequently required to stand
- May also perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping
Preferred:
- High School Diploma
- Responsible Alcohol Training
