Incredibowl Entertainment Reservation Policy
Guests are responsible for reviewing our online and group event reservation policy below.
Overview
The hours, prices, and specials listed on our website apply during standard business operations and are subject to change on federal holidays. Prices do not include sales tax. Bowling is subject to current lane availability. Guests who do not want to make an advanced reservation are welcome to call us at (419) 865-8815 to check current lane availability before heading our way; however, we will only be able to provide you with our current availability and cannot guarantee availability upon your arrival. We can only guarantee lanes to those who make a reservation via online booking or through our Event Team.
Online Reservations
We are pleased to offer the ability to make an online reservation. Please note, by making an online reservation, you agree to our reservation policy below:
- Our online reservations are for groups of up to 20 guests and a maximum of 4 lanes.
- All online reservations require full payment.
- Payments for online reservations are non-refundable.
- We are unable to apply credits or issue refunds for reductions to your reservation upon arrival (such as changes to lane count, bowling time, or shoe rentals). Your reservation guarantees specific lanes and equipment for your group. As such, we cannot offer partial refunds for any unused lanes, time, or equipment.
- We understand that your plans may change, so you can reschedule your reservation with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please note that our ability to reschedule your reservation for your requested date and time will depend on our availability.
- Changing your reservation to a different date and time may result in an outstanding balance due, which must be paid in full upon arrival. To reschedule a reservation, please call us at (419) 865-8815 and ask to speak with a manager or email us at events@iebowl.com.
- When making a reservation, please remember to book as accurately as possible. For example, if you only book your activity for one hour, and after arriving you decide you want to extend your visit, you will NOT be able to extend your experience if there is another reservation or a waiting list for that activity.
- If your group is late, we cannot extend your session to make up for the lost time, and no refunds will be provided.
- Discounts, coupons, Groupons, gift cards, and any other offers may not be applied to online reservations.
- A confirmation will be automatically generated by the system. Please present this confirmation when you check-in. Your email confirmation will serve as your contract.
- Although we strive to provide the best services to our guests, occasionally there is a mechanical breakdown or other unexpected circumstances (such as inclement weather) that may cause a delay or change in your reservation. Incredibowl Entertainment reserves the right to alter the number of lanes/activities available or to alter the times available for your event without notice. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Incredibowl Entertainment.
- No outside food or drinks are permitted.
- This policy is subject to change without notice.
Party & Event Reservations
- Groups of any size are welcome to book with our Event Team; however we recommend utilizing our online booking tool for hourly lane rental for 4 lanes (20 guests) or less. Smaller groups that want to prebook food and beverage and other event enhancements, such as laser tag and arcade play, are encouraged to contact our Event Team, as our online booking tool is currently for hourly lane rental only.
- Group event reservations require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, 15% of which is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to your event date and time.
- Same day reservations must be paid in full to secure the booking. Full payment for same day reservations is considered a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations and no shows on the day of the event without prior notice will forfeit their entire deposit.
- Policy does not apply to Day Camp & Field Trip packages.
- VIP Buyout reservations are subject to a 15% service charge.
- The reservation rates and packages on our website do not include sales tax or the service charge. All rates, fees, and deposit terms are disclosed and confirmed during the booking process.
- We do not take advanced reservations for walk-in packages.
- Discounts, coupons, Groupons, and any other offers may not be applied to reservations.
- Submitting an online event request does not automatically create a reservation. The form only creates a lead for our Event Team to review. They will reach out to you with our availability and package options. Your reservation is not confirmed until you sign a contract and pay a deposit.
- No outside food or drinks are permitted except cake/cupcakes. This exception is only made for groups who book with our Event Team.
