This position is generally the first point of contact for our guests, so having an upbeat and customer service-oriented attitude is key. In this role, you\u2019ll be our in-center concierge who pleasantly interacts with and assists our guests upon their arrival and departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Provide Winning Customer Service:<\/strong>&nbsp;Greet guests with a warm smile, answer questions, accurately process their transaction, and thank them for coming. Provide guests with information on the various activities within the center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complaint Resolution Champion:<\/strong>&nbsp;Respond to guest complaints professionally and efficiently. If needed, involve the Manager on Duty to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activity Coordinator:<\/strong>&nbsp;Coordinate activities for guests who wish to bowl, eat, or play in our arcade and laser tag arena. Clearly communicate our pricing structure for all activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cash Handling:<\/strong>&nbsp;Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately. Maintain a clean cash drawer and provide correct change back to customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Master of Operations:<\/strong>&nbsp;Effectively utilize our POS system to manage transactions, reservations, and lane assignments accurately and efficiently. Monitor our wait list to manage expectations of estimated wait time for guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scoring Support:<\/strong>&nbsp;Assist guests with scoring or bowling needs when necessary, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable game.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Commit to Cleanliness:<\/strong>&nbsp;Maintain a clean and inviting environment by assisting with tidying up lanes, returning bowling balls and shoes, sanitizing shoes, and keeping your workstation spotless.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stay Informed:<\/strong>&nbsp;Remain knowledgeable about upcoming center events to answer guest inquiries accurately and confidently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maintain a Professional Appearance:<\/strong>&nbsp;Keep a neat and clean appearance while adhering to our dress code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be Dependable &amp; Responsible:<\/strong>&nbsp;Maintain the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Physical Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional communication, presentation, and mannerisms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Toledo, OH<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be fluent in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequently required to stand; walk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must occasionally lift and\/or move up to 20 pounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 18 years of age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High School Diploma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pay: Starting at $15.75 per hour<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Incredibowl Entertainment Toledo is hiring&nbsp;Front Desk Associates&nbsp;to join our team.
