Front Desk Associate

Incredibowl Entertainment Winter Haven is hiring Front Desk Associates to join our team. This position is generally the first point of contact for our guests, so having an upbeat and customer service-oriented attitude is key. In this role, you’ll be our in-center concierge who pleasantly interacts with and assists our guests upon their arrival and departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Winning Customer Service: Greet guests with a warm smile, answer questions, accurately process their transaction, and thank them for coming. Provide guests with information on the various activities within the center.
  • Complaint Resolution Champion: Respond to guest complaints professionally and efficiently. If needed, involve the Manager on Duty to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Activity Coordinator: Coordinate activities for guests who wish to bowl, eat, or play in our arcade and laser tag arena. Clearly communicate our pricing structure for all activities.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately. Maintain a clean cash drawer and provide correct change back to customers.
  • Master of Operations: Effectively utilize our POS system to manage transactions, reservations, and lane assignments accurately and efficiently. Monitor our wait list to manage expectations of estimated wait time for guests.
  • Scoring Support: Assist guests with scoring or bowling needs when necessary, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable game.
  • Commit to Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and inviting environment by assisting with tidying up lanes, returning bowling balls and shoes, sanitizing shoes, and keeping your workstation spotless.
  • Stay Informed: Remain knowledgeable about upcoming center events to answer guest inquiries accurately and confidently.
  • Maintain a Professional Appearance: Keep a neat and clean appearance while adhering to our dress code.
  • Be Dependable & Responsible: Maintain the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash management
  • Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional communication, presentation, and mannerisms
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Winter Haven, FL
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Frequently required to stand; walk
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds


  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma
