Service Attendant (Concourse & Game Zone)

Incredibowl Entertainment Winter Haven is hiring Concourse and Game Zone Attendants to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a clean and inviting environment, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting guests with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Friendly & Welcoming Service: Provide courteous, professional, and personalized service to all guests. Ensure guests have a menu and feel comfortable accessing our offerings. Thank guests for visiting.
  • Lane Preparation Pro: Prepare lanes for the next guest(s) by clearing equipment, sanitizing tables and surfaces, and arranging furniture for optimal use.
  • Helping Hand: Assist guests with scoring or bowling needs, retrieve pins and balls, and address any questions they may have.
  • Complaint Resolution Champion: Respond to guest complaints professionally and efficiently. If needed, involve the Manager on Duty to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Ensure Cleanliness & Presentation: Keep assigned areas free of used items, follow sanitation protocols, and perform assigned cleaning tasks (tables, high-touch surfaces, bowling equipment, bathrooms, taking out the garbage, etc.) according to your shift. Maintain a clean and attractive arcade environment by regularly wiping down machines and keeping prize areas organized and visually appealing. Check that crane games are well-stocked and notify a Game Zone Technician if they need refilling.
  • Provide Guest Interaction & Support: Help guests redeem their points for prizes and officiate laser tag experiences (check waivers, review rules, assist with vesting, supervise the session, and assist with devesting)
  • Stay Informed: Remain knowledgeable about upcoming center events to answer guest inquiries accurately and confidently.
  • Maintain a Professional Appearance: Keep a neat and clean appearance while adhering to our dress code.
  • Be Dependable & Responsible: Maintain the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

  • Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Great ability to multi-task while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Winter Haven, FL
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull over 25 pounds


  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma
