In this role, you\u2019ll be responsible for creating a clean and inviting environment, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting guests with their needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Provide Friendly &amp; Welcoming Service:<\/strong> Provide courteous, professional, and personalized service to all guests. Ensure guests have a menu and feel comfortable accessing our offerings. Thank guests for visiting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lane Preparation Pro:<\/strong> Prepare lanes for the next guest(s) by clearing equipment, sanitizing tables and surfaces, and arranging furniture for optimal use.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Helping Hand:<\/strong> Assist guests with scoring or bowling needs, retrieve pins and balls, and address any questions they may have.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complaint Resolution Champion:<\/strong> Respond to guest complaints professionally and efficiently. If needed, involve the Manager on Duty to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensure<\/strong> <strong>Cleanliness &amp; Presentation:<\/strong> Keep assigned areas free of used items, follow sanitation protocols, and perform assigned cleaning tasks (tables, high-touch surfaces, bowling equipment, bathrooms, taking out the garbage, etc.) according to your shift. Maintain a clean and attractive arcade environment by regularly wiping down machines and keeping prize areas organized and visually appealing. Check that crane games are well-stocked and notify a Game Zone Technician if they need refilling.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Provide Guest Interaction &amp; Support:<\/strong> Help guests redeem their points for prizes and officiate laser tag experiences (check waivers, review rules, assist with vesting, supervise the session, and assist with devesting)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stay Informed:<\/strong> Remain knowledgeable about upcoming center events to answer guest inquiries accurately and confidently.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintain a Professional Appearance:<\/strong> Keep a neat and clean appearance while adhering to our dress code.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be Dependable &amp; Responsible:<\/strong> Maintain the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Physical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Great ability to multi-task while maintaining close attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Winter Haven, FL<\/li>\n<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States<\/li>\n<li>Must be fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to lift\/push\/pull over 25 pounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 18 years of age<\/li>\n<li>High School Diploma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Incredibowl Entertainment Winter Haven is hiring Concourse and Game Zone Attendants to join our team.
