Bowling Mechanics are also responsible for assisting the Facility Manager with the physical assets of the center to maintain their protection, optimal performance, and longevity. These assets include, but are not limited to, bowling equipment, food and beverage equipment, overall building infrastructure (such as the roof), and HVAC systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior mechanical experience is essential to success in this role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open to full-time and part-time applicants.<br><br>This specific job description covers the basic functions, qualifications, requirements, working conditions, and skills necessary, but not limited to, the successful fulfillment of this position in accordance with the standards of Incredibowl Entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Machine Maintenance:<\/strong> Proactively maintain and repair pinspotters, automatic scoring equipment, lanes, and other bowling center machinery to optimize performance and minimize downtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facility Maintenance:<\/strong> Collaborate with the Facility Manager to address general maintenance needs throughout the center, including but not limited to food and beverage equipment, building infrastructure, and HVAC systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Safety Compliance:<\/strong> Adhere to strict safety protocols, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and prevent unauthorized access to hazardous equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be Dependable &amp; Responsible:<\/strong> Maintain the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Physical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 1 year of related experience in Automotive, Electric or HVAC is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be 18 years of age or older.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Winter Haven, FL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be fluent in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to lift\/push\/pull over 50 pounds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May also perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prior pinsetter experience and\/or knowledge is strongly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of complex electrical systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of carpentry\/plumbing\/drywall repair and painting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work Environment:<\/strong><br><br>While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a bowling center environment where high levels of noise can be expected.\u00a0 The employee must be comfortable working in areas that are enclosed or elevated\/high reaching.
