Prices do not include sales tax. Bowling is subject to current lane availability. Guests who do not want to make an advanced reservation are welcome to call us at (863) 294-3295 to check current lane availability before heading our way; however, we will only be able to provide you with our current availability and cannot guarantee availability upon your arrival. We can only guarantee lanes to those who make a reservation via online booking or through our Event Team.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tOnline Reservations\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\tWe are pleased to offer the ability to make an online reservation. Please note, by making an online reservation, you agree to our reservation policy below:<ul><li data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">Our online reservations are for groups of up to <strong>20<\/strong><b>\u00a0guests<\/b> and a maximum of\u00a0<b>4 lanes, depending on the offer.<\/b><\/li><li data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">Online reservations for Open Bowling and Saturday Rockin&#8217; Bowl are limited to 4 lanes. All You Can Bowl is limited to 1 lane per online reservation.<\/li><li>All online reservations require full payment.<\/li><li>Payments for online reservations are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>We are unable to apply credits or issue refunds for reductions to your reservation upon arrival<\/strong> (such as changes to lane count, bowling time, or shoe rentals). Your reservation guarantees specific lanes and equipment for your group. As such,<strong> we cannot offer partial refunds for any unused lanes, time, or equipment.<\/strong><\/li><li>We understand that your plans may change, so you can reschedule your reservation with <strong>at least 48 hours&#8217; notice<\/strong>. Please note that our ability to reschedule your reservation for your requested date and time will depend on our availability.<\/li><li>On Friday and Saturday after 9:00 PM, all minors must be accompanied by an adult 30 years of age or older. Non-compliant groups will be asked to leave without a refund.<\/li><li>Changing your reservation to a different date and time may result in an outstanding balance due, which must be paid in full upon arrival. To reschedule a reservation, please call us at (863) 294-3295 and ask to speak with a manager or email us at whmanagement@iebowl.com.<\/li><li>When making a reservation, please remember to book as accurately as possible. For example, if you only book your activity for one hour, and after arriving you decide you want to extend your visit, you will <strong><u>NOT<\/u> <\/strong>be able to extend your experience if there is another reservation or a waiting list for that activity.<\/li><li>If your group is late, we cannot extend your session to make up for the lost time, and no refunds will be provided.<\/li><li>Discounts, coupons, gift cards, and any other offers may not be applied to online reservations.<\/li><li>A confirmation will be automatically generated by the system. Please present this confirmation when you check-in. Your email confirmation will serve as your contract.<\/li><li>Although we strive to provide the best services to our guests, occasionally there is a mechanical breakdown or other unexpected circumstances (such as inclement weather) that may cause a delay or change in your reservation. Incredibowl Entertainment reserves the right to alter the number of lanes\/activities available or to alter the times available for your event without notice. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Incredibowl Entertainment.<\/li><li>No outside food or drinks are permitted.<\/li><li>This policy is subject to change without notice.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tParty &#038; Event Reservations\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<ul><li>Reservations are a 2-lane, 2-hour minimum and must be made at least 24 hours in advance and secured with a non-refundable deposit.<\/li><li>All bowling reservations, with the exception of our 3 all-inclusive kids &amp; teens birthday party packages and day camps\/field trips, must be 100% prepaid at least 2 days prior to the event date.<\/li><li>Reservations may be subject to a 15% service charge.\u00a0<\/li><li>The reservation rates and packages on our website do not include sales tax or the service charge. All rates, fees, and deposit terms are disclosed and confirmed during the booking process.<\/li><li>Reservations for the upcoming weekend must be made by 2 PM on Friday afternoon.<\/li><li>We do not take advanced reservations for walk-in packages.<\/li><li data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">Submitting an online event request does not automatically create a reservation. The form only creates a lead for our Event Team to review. They will reach out to you with our availability and package options. Your reservation is not confirmed until you sign a contract and pay a deposit.<\/li><li data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">No outside food or drinks are permitted except cake\/cupcakes.
